We pride ourselves on being transparent with no hidden fees or upcharges. We rent our barn to couples for $6500

Since we only host one wedding per weekend you are permitted to set-up and rehearse on Friday and you can even pre-arrange a time on Sunday to pick-up your leftover decorations.

We also offer micro weddings with pricing dependent upon the services you request.

For smaller parties and events of less than 5 hours the fee is $250 per hour

Our rental includes authentic barn wood tables, 150 white chivari chairs, inside and outside ceremony options, a bridal lounge and more. We also permit you to select your own caterer and bring in your own beverages...to be served by a licensed and insured bartender. We have a warm and friendly staff to assist with creating your timeline, day of coordination, as well as parking, trash removal and other venue related services.

We plant thousands of sunflowers each season as well as a lovely cutting garden. As you can see we create some pretty amazing arrangements!

We have many unique rentals that will enhance your vision...and perfectly display your family treasures...photos...and personalized projects. We can style your entire event...create individual settings...or...for the D.Y.I bride...we work with you to develop a "Story Board" of designs to be carried out by you, your family & friends.
